SOLDThis is the same individual white-crowned sparrow that I painted yesterday. He is on a different branch in a different position and as you can see he was very vocal. And, he was a very good model! White-crowned sparrows are common in most states during the winter and have been know to fly up to 2,600 miles during migration. In Oregon, they are common throughout the year and are one of the easiest sparrows to identify.
