It has been cold and wet in Oregon for months and when I woke up this morning it was raining again! All this winter-like weather inspired a painting of the warm ocean waters off the tip of Baja California. This is the vantage point from the Sea of Cortez side looking out toward the Pacific. A breeze is blowing, but it is a warm one and the inviting beaches of Cabo are calling...

This is a beautiful painting, Peter. I love the color of the water, and the rocks are gorgeous (not easy to paint, I know!).
