While walking through the quaint town of Sisters, Oregon, I spotted this family of barn swallows that had set up their home outside the overhang of a local business. The adult was catching insects nearby and would frequently return to feed the anxiously awaiting chicks. In mere days, these four will fledge and leave the safety of their nest.
