SOLDA wild parrot clings to the side of a palm tree. The rough texture of trunk took some time as I had never painted this before. All of the nooks and crannies were fascinating and challenging at the same time and I would find myself getting lost in them a bit as they began to take shape. This is #5 and the final painting in the tropical series.
